Acknowledge Your Emotions So That They Don’t Become Illnesses

A client asked me the other day what I thought are the primary causes of illnesses and diseases? My responses were –

  1. Not being aware of how we process our emotions and then pretend they do not exist.
  2. Not eating well enough to support good health
  3. Not moving the body and then our energy becomes stagnant

Client question – How do I become aware? What do I eat? And how much should I move my body?

Helen – These are all questions, but I can’t answer them in few sentences. What I can address is the first question in this blog – how aware are you so that you don’t hold on to negative energy and you MUST acknowledge them even if they are painful.

      I have spent the last 25 years consciously processing my emotions. I am in a better place, but I still have a long way to go. This is a work in progress. Just keep on moving forward if possible. If you have a bad day, pick yourself up and continue with your journey. God bless.
