Constipated? High Fiber Power Pudding Recipe to the Rescue

From my research I read that this is a very effective recipe to encourage moving content in the intestines. Give it a try. Don’t forget to drink plenty of water to help flush. Otherwise the content will turn in to a brick.

Prep Time: 10 minutes, Cooking time: 0, Serves: 8

Cooking time

¼ cup Bran cereal
¾ cup unsweetened applesauce
½ cup prunes
4 ounces prune juice
Using a food processor, combine all ingredients, and pulse on low until mixture looks like a thick pudding.

Refrigerator up to one week in a tightly lid container
Makes about 2 cups.
Serving Size: ¼ cup
