I take probiotics that I buy from Whole foods, and I find that they help a lot! I forget the name of the brand, but I take them every morning, and I feel like my body just functions better overall. I’m not sure if this is connected, but I am also finding that I get sick less often as well! I am currently in the process of experimenting with brewing my own kombucha tea, as I heard that it is very healthy.

    • I too take probiotics everyday to help balance out my gut as well as my body. I find that it improves my overall well-being. My energy levels are better when taking them, and I too do not get sick as often. I also noticed that after eating meals, my stomach doesn’t have to work so hard to digest foods. Keep me informed on how your Kombucha tea turns out!
