Oil therapy is completely natural and a harmless healing approach with noticeable results that can cure illnesses naturally and may eliminate or reduce prescription drugs. Oil pulling involves swishing oil around the mouth and has been used for thousands of years as an Indian folk remedy.

Many people have never heard, seen, or read about this ancient practice, but many people swear by this health care practice and its benefits. Oil pulling detoxifies the body by using oil therapy and is also an inexpensive way to eliminate unwanted toxins.

The use of oil therapy or oil pulling is noted in the archaic writings of Ayurveda and has been found to play a role in the healing of thousands of people worldwide who have been cured of different kinds of diseases.

How to “Oil Pullā€?

Upon waking in the morning, and preferably on an empty stomach, rinse your mouth for 15-20 minutes with one tablespoon of unrefined sunflower, coconut or sesame oil then spit out and rinse well with water.

Slowly move the oil around the mouth in a swishing, rinsing, sipping, or sucking fashion, making sure to breathe slowly through the nose to prevent any itching or coughing sensation.

Try to pull it slowly through the teeth. By doing this, you will mix your saliva with the oil, which will eventually become thinner, particularly noticeable around the fifteen-minute mark. The act of swishing the oil around in the mouth stimulates the enzymes present in the mouth, which in turn remove the toxins from the blood. Do not to swallow the oil as it will contain the toxins removed from your body. If you should accidentally swallow it, do not panic; your body will go through the process of filtering it out naturally.

When the fifteen to twenty minutes are up and you spit out the oil, it will look white. The white oil contains the toxins pulled from your body through the mouthā€™s mucous membranes. If you notice that the oil did not turn white and is instead yellow, this means that you did not pull the oil long enough. Simply spit it out, rinse the mouth well with water, and start over with another tablespoon of oil.

If you want to speed up your body’s healing, oil-pull three times a day before meals.
