
I made gluten-free molten chocolate cupcake this weekend. The recipe calls for wheat, but I substituted gluten free flour instead. It was absolutely delicious!

Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
1 (4 ounces) 60% Cacao Bittersweet Chocolate Baking Bar
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
5 large eggs or 4 extra large, room temperature
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Pinch of salt
4 teaspoons gluten-free or all-purpose flour
10-12 foiled, baking cups
