Anyone who has a sinus headache understands how painful it can be. Sinus headaches are sometimes confused with migraine headaches, but sinus headaches usually come from a sinus infection, whereas a migraine headache does not. Sinus pressure builds around the eyes, cheeks, and forehead, causing stuffy noses, fatigue, and achy feeling in the teeth.
