Modern society is overwhelming!
Between juggling our family and work we are constantly under stress. Your body is tired and is crashing.
Lets talk about how to support your adrenals so that they can help you coast through difficult times.
There is nothing worse after eating a wonderful meal at a restaurant and then becoming sick with food poisoning afterward.
I had a night just like this. After being at home for two hours after dinner, I felt like there were bombs going off in my stomach.
The next hour I lived in the bathroom while drinking a gallon of ginger tea, I decided to do some hand reflexology on myself to relieve gastrointestinal pain. I pressed on painful points on each hand for 10 minutes and began to feel better.
Healing Place’s subscriber wrote to ask for a reflexology tip to help her mother to quiet the pain in her ear.
Here is a short video incorporating hand, foot, and ear reflexology tips with Certified Reflexologist Helen Chin Lui.
This technique can be used for pain relief associated with vertigo, Tinnitus, and ear or sinus infection.

A Healing Place’s YouTube readers asked me to make a video showing her where are the hand reflexology points that will give her relief from Sinusitis pain.
I made a combined face and hand reflexology technique video to relieve the pain. The same method will also relieve pain associated with post nasal drip, sinuses, respiratory, and congestion.
Do this technique on both hands and if you want, repeat this technique on both your feet, several times a day daily until the pain is no more.
It is suggested to drink plenty of water to flush afterwards.

Your thoughts and visualizations affect the world around you — starting with your body. If your goal is the best possible version of yourself, picture that person mind’s eye.
Your ability to imagine is most effective when you’re relaxed, so try visualizing your best self first thing in the morning and then again before you fall asleep at night.
And of course there’s always after a yoga, meditation, massage or reflexology session.
Reflexology soothes you into a state of deep rest and relaxation, where you are open to the suggestions you give yourself — much like in hypnosis.
Did you know that 10 percent of American adults suffer from Tinnitus? A condition that causes sufferers to hear constant phantom noises in the ears described as ringing, buzzing, whistling, hissing, clicking or whooshing.
The noise may vary in intensity from a low background noise to a high pitched squeal and in one or both ears. Occasionally the sound is so intense that it can interfere with the ability to concentrate and the hearing disruption can be overbearing.
How does Reflexology help alleviate ear pain? Reflexology is a noninvasive and gentle alternative medicine. By applying pressure to reflex points located on the feet, hands, and ears, messages are sent to the brain indicating where there is an energy imbalance. Energy imbalance usually mean “PAIN!”
Certified Reflexologist Helen Chin Lui is at it again with her helpful reflexology tips. Many clients asked what they can do from home to help to stomp out painful feet. Here is a foot massage that you can do on yourself or a loved one.
It’s time to look at what makes you stressed and turn it down or off! Healing Place offers energy balancing services to help you to feel better quickly.
It’s time to come back and listen to your soul. Your soul gives you directions but how many of us listen to our inner voice and follow through? There is nothing stronger than your inner voice but too many of second guess what we hear.
Ask yourself, “why am I sick.” Was there an event that triggered your illness? Think about what was going on in your life when that sickness came about? Who is biting off your head?

Helen Chin Lui is thrilled to be invited for an interview with Brazil’s Conceição Trucom of DoceLimão to right a wrong, by correcting the unsafe Clothespin Ear Reflexology posted by many of the social media platforms.
Since many of us do not speak #Portuguese, I have translated Conceição Trucom’s introduction and questions while interviewing Helen Chin Lui about the Clothespin Ear Reflexology method that has gone viral.
Conceição Trucom of DoceLimão Introduction
My name is Helen Chin Lui. I am a Certified Reflexologist and the owner of the Healing Place in Medfield, MA USA. My name was used in the Health Hacks and LittleThings’s videos without my knowledge or approval, stating that I developed an unsafe clothespin ear reflexology method. This is NOT true.
In the Health Hacks video, six clothespins are clipped to an ear, which is approximately 18-30 pounds of pressure on one ear! Can you imagine what that is doing to the nerve endings? If you watched that video, you notice that the model’s ears are quite red from excessive pinching.
Their video also provided inaccurate reflex point locations for the back, shoulders, organs, digestive tract, head, and heart.
Please help me by sharing this post to stop circulating a dangerous clothespin ear reflexology tip
As a professional Certified Reflexologist, I pride myself on my expertise and professionalism. I have helped thousands of people to find relief from various health issues using ear, hand, and foot reflexology methods in an ethical way. Just recently friends emailed me commenting that they saw an ear reflexology tip circulating around on various social media platforms stating that I had developed a method for pain relief by applying clothespins to the ears.
Please let me clarify that at no time did these companies approach me to ask for my permission to use my name, nor do I endorse this dangerous ear reflexology method. The method used is not only dangerous but it is inaccurate. First of all, each clothespin yields approximately 3-5 pounds of pressure, which can damage the thousands of nerve endings and can cause permanent damage to and in your ears.
Ear Reflexology or Auricular Therapy is part of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Like hand reflexology, ear reflexology can be applied quickly and easily in situations where foot reflexology may not be suitable, or if health conditions do not permit it.
Reflexology is the ancient art of healing. It can be used in conjunction with conventional treatment to obtain relief from a variety of conditions – from general stress to specific disorders. This gentle and non-invasive healing art originated in Chinese and Egyptian medicine more than 5,000 years ago.
