Does it seem like no matter what you do, you just cannot get better? On the things I learned early on about delayed food allergies, the idea of not know what is wrong with you wreaks havoc in your life. I have seen such transformations over the years and a significant reduction of stress too.

Lately, we have been seeing a sharp increase of food intolerance to spices over the last year and a half in our office, and those who may think they have a gluten intolerance, may or may not. Many times we are finding the issues to be with wheat and/or yeast (bakers/Brewers) instead and not gluten.
