Does it seem like no matter what you do, you just cannot get better? On the things I learned early on about delayed food allergies, the idea of not know what is wrong with you wreaks havoc in your life. I have seen such transformations over the years and a significant reduction of stress too.

Did you know that there is a 95% chance that something you’re eating is toxic to your system? Many times you might not even notice these toxic reactions. Most of them work at a cellular level, and may cause symptoms that you won’t notice right away. Or… you might not EVER make the connection that what you’re eating is actually making you sick.

When you eat these foods that form toxins in your system, they can cause harmful, chronic problems with your health.

Lately, we have been seeing a sharp increase of food intolerance to spices over the last year and a half in our office, and those who may think they have a gluten intolerance, may or may not. Many times we are finding the issues to be with wheat and/or yeast (bakers/Brewers) instead and not gluten.
