Today is Sara’s, (aged 13) 6th #reflexology session. She has been coming for help with #depression and #anxiety. At today’s session she looked lighter, cheerful, and overall in a better place. She has been able to have healthy bowel movements and sleeping. I’m still amazed how helpful reflexology is for overall #wellness. Her mother, Sara, and I are so pleased and hapoy.
