The event will be held November 12 and 13 at the Western Royal Plaza Trade Center, 181 Boston Post Rd., West, Marlborough, MA 01752.

Helen’s presentation on Sunday, November 13, at 11 a.m. is titled “Are Your Emotions Eating You? Stop Negative Energy From Sabotaging Your Digestive Health.”

Helen will discuss how to let go of “unnecessary information” that can transform into worries and fear and become “stuck” in the digestive system, as well as how to determine troublesome culprits that cause unbalance. She will also share chakra balancing and meditation techniques to eliminate those culprits.

Through the weekend, Helen will be offering mini relaxing or digestive care reflexology and Reiki sessions along with other reflexologists and Reiki practitioners for a nominal fee.
