As you go through the day and think about what you need to do, where to go, what tasks need to be done and who you need to serve.

Your head starts to spin faster and faster until it spins 360 degrees and sometimes off your shoulders (nasty vision)!

All the sudden you feel all of your energy is in your head and it is about to explode. You feel dizzy, unbalanced and overwhelmed. This is an indication you are on your way to a meltdown!!

STOP! Take 5! Sit quietly and look at your feet. Why your feet? By focusing on your feet you’ll pull the energy from your head back down to your feet where you need in order to ground your energy.

Then take 10 full breathes where you feel your diaphragm moves in and out.Before you know it you will feel grounded once more.
