January 2020 Healing Place’s Pay it Forward

The Healing Place is pleased with our Pay It Forward campaign. In 2019 we shared our abundance of one thousand dollars to various organizations in need. We hope to double that amount in 2020.

How Does Pay It Forward Work?

Every month a portion of the proceeds from Certified Reflexologist Helen Chin Lui’s books, Know Your Chakras: Introduction to Energy Medicine, Foot Reflexology to Promote Relaxation and Helen’s youtube.com/reflexologyhealing channel is donated. We are proud not only to help our clients, readers, and subscribers but to help others too. The Healing Place’s Pay Forward campaign was established in 2018.

The Healing Place has made a donation to Pine Street Inn and Fund Australia

Pine Street Inn 

Founded in 1969, Pine Street Inn provides a comprehensive range of services about 2,000 homeless men and women each day. They are the largest homeless services provider in New England. They could not do this work without the support of our donors and the local community.

Fund Australia 

According to Associated Press, on January 3, 2020, Australia is grappling with some of the worst wildfires in its history. How did the fire start? Hot, dry, and windy weather and long-term drought triggered a horrifying fire season. Smoke from the fires has blown half-way around the world. About 12.35 million acres of land have burned across Australia, and the fire is still active. Countless animals have been killed by this devastating fire. Thousands of firefighters including the US and Canada are helping to battle the blames. Where to donate to fund Australia?
