Your Feet Don’t Lie!!!!

I had an incredible Reflexology session with Helen Chin Lui.

It’s amazing how your feet tell the whole story of what’s going on with your body.

If you’ve never had Reflexology I highly recommend it, you’ll love it and I highly recommend Helen, she’s very caring, compassionate and skilled at what she does!!

I have to give a shout out to my friend Helen Chin Lui.

Brody has barely slept through the night since he was born. He has some challenges that include Obstructive sleep apnea, snoring, grinding, fatigue, picky eating and some sensory . (We are seeking a medical route) but in the interim Helen has done 5 sessions of reflexology. He is sleeping through 5 out of 7 nights. We cannot hear him grinding or snoring through 2 closed doors and he has been eating better.

My wife and I attended the Natural Living Expo in Marlborough, MA recently – and were pleased to attend the session “My Burning Heart: How to Heal Heartburn and Acid Reflux“ by Helen Chin Lui.

The class was very informative and helpful to us; not only in the solid content of the teaching session, but also in the materials distributed to the attendees. We enjoyed her teaching style immensely, as it was very clear and concise, she was very down-to-earth and approachable when asked pointed questions by the attendees, and she had an excellent sense of humor which made us feel welcomed. It is clearly evident she has a passion and heart for healing. Her materials have already helped us in our personal lives dealing with Heartburn/Acid Reflux.
