Instead of making it work, why not take 10 minutes out of your schedule to focus on your breathing. Often times we develop unnecessary urgency. Many of us have not learned how to prioritize efficiently, so we become overwhelmed with the amount of work that faces us.

By taking 10 minutes to listen to your stomach and practice some constipation relief meditation, you will find that it is one of the best gifts that you can give to yourself when you feel that churning sensation in your stomach.
