On this day of love for you and your hunnies, Chocolate Molten cake just in time for Valentine’s day or any day you feel like it! What’s great about this recipe that it is gluten-free.

Molten Chocolate Cake

Serves: 4
Prep time:20 mins
Baked time: 11 mins
Enjoyment time: eat slowly 5 mins

Ingredients and Directions

Melt in a pot on low heat
3 oz of dark chocolate
1/3 c coconut oil melted together and set aside to cool for 10 minutes

Add to mixture

continue to stir in 4 beaten large eggs
1/3c honey
1 t vanilla
1/2c cocoa powder
Mix until blended

Prepare the Ramekin pans

Spray with oil and 4 small ramekins with cocoa powder. Pour chocolate mixture to top. Bake at 350 for 11-14 mins. Begin testing by inserting a knife in the middle of the cake at 11 minutes. The middle should be runny. Bake longer if you have a firm cake. It will not be molten.

Invert and feel the love! I like mine with ice cream.
