Today is Sara’s, (aged 13) 6th #reflexology session. She has been coming for help with #depression and #anxiety. At today’s session she looked lighter, cheerful, and overall in a better place. She has been able to have healthy bowel movements and sleeping. I’m still amazed how helpful reflexology is for overall #wellness. Her mother, Sara, and I are so pleased and hapoy. Very satisfying healing week at the #healingplacemedfield Client with psoriasis came for her 6th reflexology session. We quieted her skin after more than 25 years of steroids and variety if skin condition after 3 sessions. Client came for her 6th reflexology for chronic pain and body inflammation. She can feel her pain quieting. She is less bloated and her rings are fitting better. Client came in for a maintenance reflexology session for diverticulitis. In the 4 months I have been seeing her she has had no intestines flare ups. Feels calmer. New client started a respiratory reflexology program for chronic sinus infection.
