Reiki practitioner, Robin Bornstein wants to remind us to take time to think what Valentine’s Day means to you. Here is a short reminder:

V-Day
Is Valentine’s Day a regular day for you? Or is it a big deal?  For me, it is just another day.  Love is an emotion that is shared every day and not only on Valentine’s Day.  Some people get so hung up on the day and feel left out. To prove love, some people lavish their loved ones with gifts of flowers, candy, jewelry, or other high price tag items. Is this what love is or are you setting yourself up for disappointment?  Of course, it is a wonderful to give and get wonderful gifts. Ultimately, however, it is your presence that your loved ones really want. Can you give a gift of yourself? Can you put down your cell phone, shutdown the computers and be with the people you love?  Time together is the greatest gift you can give to anyone.
