Healing Place Celebrates Eleventh Business Anniversay

Reflexologist and Chakra Balancing practitioner, Helen Chin Lui, is pleased on September 9th marks the Healing Place’s eleventh business anniversary.

With every anniversary it takes another Chin Lui’s breathe away. When the Healing Place was established in 2006 there was so little understanding of the holistic healing movement and how it can help. Services like chiropractic, massage, and acupuncture were gaining popularity at the time, but very few people knew what Reflexology, Reiki, and Energy healing were. Even though these healings have existed for thousands of years they were very foreign, mysterious and frightening to many.

In fact, even today the Catholic Church still denounces new age healing practices of Reiki and discourages its use. However times have changed and now Reiki healing has become so widely accepted that many hospitals have staffed nurses trained in Reiki so that they can administer it to patients who request it to help ease their pain. Hospitals have begun to understand the mind, body and spirit connection and its importance.

As people have become more stressed and out of balance, they are seeking these services more than ever. Unfortunately, not all healers are created equally. Do your research, make calls and ask lots of questions to find the right person to help you.

Chin Lui’s biggest accomplishment in this 11th year is establishing the Healing Place Energy School. She has always known that she would share her knowledge globally. With courage and God’s guidance, she wholeheartedly devoted all her so-call free time to establishing the school and developing her first online class, Chakra 101 Know Your Energy, with the help of my assistants, Amanda Lohnes and Lavinia Jones.
