Stop Packaging Your Fears! – Energy Medicine Tip
I don’t know how you package your fears, but for me, it was Mac and Cheese and Sauvignon Blanc. Not an ideal food combination but my anxiousness was eased through my palate and stomach.
Luckily, I have healing tools under my belt, and my Mac and Cheese days are over. I can enjoy a glass of wine without the need to drink to ease my fears.
Because I am an empathic person, I understand how universal energy impacts my personal energy flow. I learned to un-packaged my fears by taking a step back and using my breath as a tool to breathe out my worries instead of storing it in my body. I use to think the worse about myself whenever I felt like this.
Packaging Fear Triggers
We all have our underlying triggers that can elicit fear. By paying attention to what those triggers are can help to ease fear and anxiety before it takes hold. This practice takes mindfulness, time, and training to learn these skills. Many times we are own worst enemy.
I know for me, my health and safety, and the health and safety of my loved ones are what triggers. Many times, my faith, meditation, and deep breathing have saved me from unnecessary worry and hi-jacking my thoughts. When I begin to feel my throat and chest start starting to constrict, these are signs of dreadful fears coming on.
Unpackaging Your Fears
By taking deep breaths and stop thinking about the worst-case scenarios before fears control every thought. With deliberate and constant practice, you can redirect your thinking by quieting your mind with music or meditation.
Unpackaging fears take a lot of practice, I can tame my thoughts before they hi-jacks my emotions. With deliberate practice, I can now control these thoughts, and you can learn too! It takes consistent practice like anything else worth learning.

Work with Your Fears
I believe working with our fears instead of ignoring them is the way to go. This has worked for me by facing my fears and understanding them.
I recognize that it’s not always so easy to conquer fears. Even writing this little blog post was an exercise for me. I have doubts that no one will read my blog, especially with how many blog posts are posted daily more or less on the same subjects.
My New Fear
Another fear I just recognized – who cares about what I think? Well, at least I do! See – I just overcame a fear. Here I am writing about it, and I don’t care if anyone reads my blog or what they think about my writing.
Unpackage your fears today! You are worth the effort.
Be well. Be you.
