Client with #gout learned that #cod and #haddock #fish cause gout flair ups. Why? Some fish have High #purine than others creating too much #uricacid. I had her look into low purine foods and by eliminating certain foods there hasn’t been a gout flare up fir a while. She thank #reflexology for helping her to feel better.
