Finally, a Migraine Headache Break Through!!

One of my challenging cases is an unrelenting migraine headache that won’t take a break. I have seen Jean since 2006 off and on for reflexology. Jean has undergone every migraine medical treatment, including Botox, and nothing has helped her for any length of time.

Over the years, I experimented with the right combination of ear, face, head, hand, and foot reflexology to help her break the pain cycle. A foot reflexology treatment would make her throwing up sick. 

Finally, I found the right formula; a 15 minute combined face, ear, and head reflexology treatment. No foot or hand reflexology. After 3 weeks, coming once a week for 15 minutes, Jean is smiling again. This is the first time jean is not in agony, nor is she smiling behind an excruciatingly painful headache.

My heart is rejoicing for Jean as she reported that her headache is a dull ache instead of feeling like an ice pick lodged in her head.

How Many Suffers From Migraine Headaches

According to Migraine Statistics, 12% of the US population or between 38 to 50 million people suffer from migraines, and of that number, 4 million have chronic migraines.

Most people will have one or two migraines a month; however, chronic sufferers will have more than 15 migraine flareup per month. According to the Migraine Research Foundation, 90% of US employees cannot work while having migraine headaches while missing approximately 13 workdays a year.

No one should have to suffer from unrelenting migraine pain.
