Treat exercise as an self-helpĀ activity rather than another chore you must place a checkmark next to. Focus on getting quality sleep. Take an hour now and then to chill and not think about anything. Your brain needs mental space to function correctly, so give your brain that space. Even five minutes throughout the day can be helpful to help you to decompress.
