We are Vibrational Beings!
Each of us has a unique vibration. When our energy frequency is balanced, we are in harmony with ourselves. Laughter can push anger and anxiety out of our cellular beings. Imagine how much negativity you can release through laughter. It’s been proven that laughter releases the feel-good hormones called endorphins. And, when we laugh, we breathe in fresh air and expand our blood vessels – all good stuff for our bodies.
You Can Shift your Energy to a Higher Vibration with Intention
There are many proactive activities that you can do to create joyful moments:
- Reach out to family and friends. These calls can help you to break out of your anxiety and worry cycle.
- Indulge in your enjoyments like walking, hobbies, painting, cooking, teaching, and many, many more
- Become a volunteer and help others. Many people are alone during the holidays and would appreciate someone reaching out to them.
- Minimize your news watching. It is hard to constantly hear about inflation, unemployment, war, and crime.
You Can Break the Cycle of Low Vibration Moods?
How do I personally break out of my sulky moods? Besides writing, creating courses, and filming, I love a good laugh. I am not talking about a chuckle, but a full, almost uncontrollable belly laugh. Last week I had the opportunity to share many laughs with Reiki Master Robin Bornstein. We always laugh before we film Reiki Healing Meditation. (I don’t know why we find each other so funny.) I am amazed that there are some people I can laugh so easily with and others I can only take in small dosages.
What Causes Low Energetic Vibration?
All of our thoughts, worries, stress, and anxiety decreases our energetic vibration.. I am amazed at how quickly we can spiral down into our darkness with just a thought, whether the thought is accurate or not. How do you stop this destructive thinking, be mindful! You will be surprised how much of our thoughts are made up and have no resemblance to what is actually happening. Once you have a dark thought, ask yourself, “is this real?” With practice you can retrain your thought patterns.
Why is Laughter is Important?
How does laughter increase your energy vibration? Just notice when you are feeling dark; how does your energy feel moving through you optimally? Some people can feel stagnate energy and don’t feel motivated to do anything.
Find your laughter
Think about what puts a smile your face. Upbeat people always give us joy. How about what movies make you laugh? If you are outrageous, try skipping down the street while holding your loved one’s hands. See how that makes you feel. Once you get into your happy place, smiles will form quicker on your face. Also, laughter can soften most difficult situations.
There are so many opportunities to laugh. Give yourself a chance to let go and enjoy.
